Job Title: Administrative Assistant - General Admin + Bookkeeping
Location: Baguio City

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a medical and diagnostic clinic. This role is key to ensuring smooth workflow within the clinic by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing excellent support to staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cashiering, including preparing invoices for patients and collecting payments.
- Prepare daily collection reports and ensure timely submission.
- Handle accounts receivables and payables to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare check and cash vouchers for disbursement.
- Prepare billing statements and payroll, including management of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- File monthly BIR tax returns through eFPS.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly reports for submission to the Accounting Department.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Handle filing, data entry, and record-keeping duties.
- Provide general office support to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
