Funding Requirements:

  • Prepares projection of payables, bank maturities and private financing according to its age or due dates on weekly and monthly/quarterly basis
  • Prepares list of payables according to projection on daily basis for funding requirements
  • Submit to immediate superior for daily funding
  • Revised projection of bank maturities, private financing and daily funding as required and as need
  • Submit revised projection to immediate superior for presentation of payment proposal

Regular Checking of Voucher:

  • Checks the attached documents and review the payments to suppliers
  • Checks the entry in check voucher prepared by finance assistants
  • Submit to immediate superior for approval of payments

Prepares Check Voucher:

  • Prepares request for payment for non-PO transaction then submit to immedaite superior for approval
  • Prepares checks vouchers for PO and Non-PO transaction and Submit to immediate superior for approval before payment
  • Prepares list of released checks and submit to immediate superior to request funding
  • Prepares list of unreleased checks
  • Maintains orderly and systematically filling of record
  • Performs bank errands from time to time when needed

Petty Cash Custodian:

  • Manage daily petty cash transactions and ensure sufficient cash balance is available.
  • Record all petty cash expenses with proper bills, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Verify the authenticity of expense claims and ensure they comply with company policies.
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of cash and financial records.
  • Prepare and submit petty cash reimbursement requests to the finance manager.

Proper filing and documentation:

  • Ensures proper filing of documents with label using 5S.
  • Update list of filing for proper monitoring of ownership
  • Maintains proper handling and storage for soft copies and hard copies of documents
  • Ensures that the documents needed for audit is readily available to retrieve'
  • May perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

Education: Must be graduate of any 4 year course prefarably Accountancy or Financial Management.

Practical Knowledge (Experience):

Must have at least 1 year related experience in accounting field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
