A Project Finance Specialist (Accounts Payable) is responsible for keeping track of project costs, resources, budgets, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and encode invoices in the system on a daily basis.
  • Ensure adherence to the 3-way matching principle (PO, Receipt, Invoice) when posting invoices.
  • Prepare and issue BIR Form 2307 to vendors/clients in compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to track and maintain accurate Accounts Payable records.
  • Monitor invoice discrepancies and accounting issues, escalating unresolved matters when necessary
  • Perform regular vendor reconciliations and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
  • Respond promptly to internal customer inquiries regarding vendor statement reconciliations.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures related to Accounts Payable.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing accurate journal entries for accrued expenses.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and local tax compliance.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
