Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Finance Analyst/ Specialist to join our finance team. This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making across the organization, particularly in supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional project management, while also contributing to process improvements and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and best practices in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Drive projects aimed at process improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, procurement, and logistics) to develop integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.

Financial & Data Analysis

  • Conduct advanced financial analysis including sensitivity, trend, profitability analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Investigate and resolve costing, pricing anomalies, and variances to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Perform deep-dive data analysis and communicate insights effectively to both technical and executive audiences.

Reporting & Communication

  • Develop and deliver high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests with a quick turnaround and strong attention to detail.

Project Management

  • Manage and execute cross-functional analytical projects from planning through implementation.
  • Identify business problems and define analytical approaches to inform solutions.
  • Align project outcomes with organizational goals, driving measurable business impact.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of supply chain finance and cost modeling.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and business efficiencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php55, Php70,000.00 per month
