Job Responsibilities

  • Review and check tickets submitted by riders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Validate and assess the accuracy of information and supporting evidence (photos, proof of return, transcripts, etc.).
  • Investigate and verify claims by utilizing company tools, rider/customer/vendor calls, and other verification methods.
  • Identify potential fraudulent or misleading activities (e.g., falsified documents, piloting, or false claims).
  • Provide sound recommendations and decisions aligned with company policies (e.g., approve/reject tickets, escalate for further action).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case reports for internal tracking and audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalated or complex cases.
  • Uphold strict adherence to confidentiality, data protection, and company compliance standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms, systems, and tools for verification and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for interacting with riders, customers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to make fair, objective, and policy-aligned decisions under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Previous experience in grievance handling, fraud investigation, or customer service is an advantage.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
