  • Responsible in hiring, supervising, training, and monitoring staff.

  • Screens resumes and applications, setting interview appointments and being involved in the hiring process.

  • Validates attendance, hours worked and pay adjustment while tracking overtime hours and approving compensatory time earned.

  • Oversee staff and handles all issues involving employee complaints or questions that cannot be answered by other staffs.

  • Plans, assigns, and reviews the work of staff members performing a variety of human resources functions and recommends changes in practices and procedures to increase operating efficiency and expedite workflow.

  • Trains new staff members in human resources techniques and methodologies, orients staff with appropriate laws, policies, regulations, and procedures, and guarantees that work conforms to standards, regulations and laws.

  • Ensure the Staff prepares comprehensive records, reports and documentation that complies that standards and requirements.

  • Evaluates new policy proposals or revisions and makes recommendations about their effectiveness.

  • Handles the company ID's and uniform.

  • Handles company cooperative (including promos and salary loans)

  • Process separation and clearance of employee

  • Responds to employment verifications records and certification requests.

  • Performs other duties that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least College Graduate

  • At least 2 years of experiences as HR Officer or Supervisor Level

  • Can work under pressure

  • Computer Literate
