About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team in Makati. This is a junior role designed for someone with a basic understanding of SEO who is eager to grow. You'll receive training and mentorship, while working closely with our regional marketing teams across SEA and MENA to support campaigns, optimize content, and help strengthen our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
  • Support keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO initiatives.
  • Help monitor website performance and track SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversions).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams across SEA & MENA to align SEO efforts with local campaigns.
  • Conduct basic technical SEO checks (broken links, metadata, page speed, etc.).
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms and best practices.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for the marketing team.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or other SEO tools is a plus.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred.
