The Qualifications We Seek:

• At least 1 year of experience in SEO & technical SEO and implementation.
• Familiarity with SEO testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript proficiency is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ScreamingFrog or Sitebulb preferred.
• WordPress and Yoast experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in resolving complex SEO issues and executing fixes.
• Data-savvy and analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI for SEO content creation, keyword categorization, analysis, etc.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Conduct in-depth technical SEO analysis, identifying and resolving issues affecting crawlability, indexing, and performance.
• Implement on-page SEO and internal linking aligned with best practices and business goals.
• Execute SEO A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive meaningful traffic and ranking improvements.
• Collaborate with web development and content teams to ensure SEO recommendations are properly implemented.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and other third-party platforms.
• Contribute to content strategy discussions with data-backed insights to inform prioritization and performance gains.
• Create copy by leveraging AI tools, such as Jasper.AI and ChatGPT.
• Contribute to discussions on SEO strategy and optimization.
