About the role

We are seeking a driven and innovative Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Men2 Marketing & Distribution Enterprise Corporation. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness within our key retail channels. This is a full-time position based in Dagupan City, Pangasinan.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritise key retail partners and develop tailored marketing plans to increase product visibility and sales
  • Create engaging in-store promotional materials and merchandising displays to capture the attention of potential customers
  • Organise and participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and other marketing events to showcase our offerings
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improve the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction
  • Support the development and implementation of broader marketing campaigns to align trade marketing efforts with the overall brand strategy

What we're looking for

  • Must have a bachelor's degree preferably Marketing
  • At least one (1) year of sales experience
  • With valid driver's license of restrictions number 1 and 2
  • Proactive, strategic, and with excellent skills in communication
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual merchandising and point-of-sale display design
  • Familiarity with the latest trade marketing trends and best practices
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
