Focus on supporting, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow's ITSM capabilities and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective data-driven decision-making.

  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management)

  • Design, develop, and improve ITSM processes (e.g., incident, problem, change, request management).

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow to align with business needs, including creating and modifying workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, and data policies.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to service delivery.

  • Interpret data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for service improvements.

  • Work with various IT teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery goals and performance targets.

  • Maintain documentation related to ITSM processes, performance metrics, and reporting procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management).
  • Proven background in IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL Foundation certification is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Experience designing, developing, and improving ITSM processes to meet organizational needs.
  • Proficiency in configuring workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, and data policies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and ServiceNow Performance Analytics for tracking KPIs and service metrics.
  • Ability to create dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to drive continuous service improvement.
  • Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns or trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification or equivalent ITSM framework knowledge.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications (e.g., ITSM Implementation Specialist) is a plus
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives or process optimization projects.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Open for Project based employment (initial 6 months w/ possible of absorption)
