Job Summary

The Customer Care Representative (CCR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, escalating when necessary
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, service, operations) to address customer needs
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and service requests
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and identifying recurring issues
  • Uphold company standards for customer care, professionalism, and confidentiality
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work flexible schedules if required
