We are looking for an experienced IT Professional / Systems Administrator to set up and configure a client-server network environment. The goal is to have one central server PC that manages all other workstations (around 50 units) for user accounts, permissions, file sharing, and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure a server operating system (Windows Server or Linux).
  • Set up Active Directory / Domain Controller for centralized login and user management.
  • Connect and configure all client PCs to the server.
  • Configure shared drives, file access, and print services.
  • Implement basic network security, firewall, and backup solutions.
  • Provide documentation and basic training for system administration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in network/server administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) or Linux server equivalents.
  • Knowledge of LAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and firewall configurations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with IT policies aligned with Philippine DOLE guidelines (if local).
  • Experience supporting call centers / office environments is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
