Job Description
- Listening and understanding customers feedback.
- Utilizing network to deliver the right solutions.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Creating employee schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to employees and checking to see if these responsibilities and assignments are carried through the stores.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years work experience as a store manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Product knowledge and ability to give reliable product information to the customers.
- Knowledge and ability in selling and negotiation.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Ability to provide effective solutions to the customers.
- Should have the decision makin, checking to see if these skills.
- Ability to create ideal customer experience.
- Ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
- Ability to respond to different situation based on principle or values of the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
