Job Description

• Listening and understanding customers feedback.
• Utilizing network to deliver the right solutions.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Creating employee schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to employees and checking to see if these responsibilities and assignments are carried through the stores.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 years work experience as a store manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Product knowledge and ability to give reliable product information to the customers.
• Knowledge and ability in selling and negotiation.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Ability to provide effective solutions to the customers.
• Should have the decision makin, checking to see if these skills.
• Ability to create ideal customer experience.
• Ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
• Ability to respond to different situation based on principle or values of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
