Job Description
As a Chargeback Specialist, you will investigate, analyze, and resolve credit card disputes while ensuring compliance with Visa regulations. Your attention to detail and expertise in chargeback processes will help strengthen fraud prevention strategies and maintain operational excellence across global financial operations.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 2+ years of experience in a Visa dispute management function is a must-have
- Experience working with Visa Resolve Online (VROL) is a must-have
- Ability to work independently in a complex and fast-paced environment, with the knack for quick decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
- Knowledge of card fraud techniques as well as emerging trends in counter-fraud capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges
Your Daily Tasks
- Investigate and process chargeback cases in a timely, efficient, and effective manner based on internal SLAs and industry best practices
- Proactively address complex chargeback-related inquiries presented by internal Lines of Business and other stakeholders
- Participate in the optimization of the Company's dispute management process leveraging industry best practices
- Process chargebacks for cases meeting eligibility criteria, in line with Visa dispute resolution rules
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in the Company's dispute management procedures, providing recommendations to resolve complex and edge-case disputes when they arise
- Lead the training of operational teams involved in the Company's disputes management system
- Track all customer disputes, escalating any adverse trends that pose financial and non-financial risk to the Company
- Stay up to date with card and payments industries best practices and advise the Company of emerging trends relating to chargebacks and transactional fraud
- Maintain accurate reporting relating to key metrics including but not limited to dispute volumes, chargeback rates, and win rates to enable appropriate management oversight
