Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Business Process Architect who will lead the definition, design, and optimization of enterprise-wide business processes. This role bridges business strategy and technology architecture, ensuring IT systems deliver efficiency, compliance, and measurable business value.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define and document end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into process and system requirements.
  • Drive design and implementation of ERP, workflow automation, and digital platforms (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Establish frameworks for process ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure cross-functional integration across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, and IT.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for automation, analytics, and digital enablement.
  • Develop and deliver training, change management, and knowledge transfer programs.
  • Define and monitor KPIs (cycle time, compliance, user adoption, etc.) to track process efficiency and system performance.
  • Serve as the escalation point for system-process misalignments and cross-functional issues.
  • Ensure IT-enabled processes comply with regulatory, security, and internal requirements.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree or certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, SAP/Oracle) are a plus.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in business process management, IT systems design, or enterprise architecture.
  • At least 2–3 years as a Process Architect, Solution Architect, or Process Improvement Specialist in a multinational or consulting setup.
  • Proven track record in implementing enterprise IT solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow).
  • Experience managing IT transformation projects within budget and timelines.
  • Familiarity with ERP migrations, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM/HRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday).
  • Experience with workflow automation, RPA, and process mining tools.
  • Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN), data integration, and ITIL service management.
  • Strong analytical skills for system performance evaluation and digital enablement.
