About the role

Dewan Design Office Inc. is seeking an experienced Interior Architect to join our dynamic team in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. As an Interior Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior design solutions that bring our clients' visions to life. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for professional growth and development within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for producing architectural drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs.
  • Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Interior Architect, preferably in a commercial or residential design setting
  • Strong technical skills such as Revit, Autocad, 3D modelling and MS Office programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients
  • Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, material selection, custom furniture and all installation.
  • Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability principles
