DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, and other machinery safely and efficiently as assigned

· Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in safe and optimal working condition

· Follow safety procedures and company policies to avoid incidents, damage, or delays during operations

· Report any mechanical issues, malfunctions, or damage to the supervisor or maintenance team promptly

· Monitor equipment performance and assist in troubleshooting basic operational problems on-site

· Support site activities such as loading/unloading, grading, excavation, and backfilling as required

· Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of equipment after use

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

· High school graduate or equivalent

· With valid NC II Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation (e.g., Excavator, Wheel Loader) – advantage

· Minimum of [1–2 years of relevant experience operating heavy machinery

· Knowledge of equipment maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting

· Physically fit, alert, and safety-conscious

· Able to work in various field conditions and follow instructions from site supervisors

· Strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail

· Willing to be assigned to various project sites as needed

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: Php700.00 per day
