?? Remote Quantity Surveyor – (UK & Ireland Projects) ??

We are seeking an experienced Remote Quantity Surveyor based in the Philippines to support our growing workload in the UK and Ireland. This is a long-term opportunity for a dedicated QS professional with strong technical and communication skills, working remotely but integrated closely with our Irish based team.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation using standard methods of measurement (e.g., SMM7, NRM).

Conducting accurate quantity take-offs using Bluebeam and other relevant tools.

Assisting with project cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts.

Collaborating with UK-based teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Preparing detailed cost reports and providing commercial advice as needed.

???? Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related field (QS degree preferred).

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimating.

UK or Irish experience is a strong advantage.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Proficient in Bluebeam and familiar with standard UK measurement practices.

Willingness to work UK business hours.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Proof of experience and solid references will be required.

?? Desirable:
Membership or working towards membership of a professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB).

Experience in both pre- and post-contract QS roles.

Familiarity with NEC, JCT or FIDIC contract forms.
