POSITION TITLE : Facilities Manager

Position Overview:

The Facilities Manager will be taking charge of our day-to-day operations and facilities—keeping the driver hub and warehouse and offices running smoothly. From managing driver support centers to ensuring our workspaces are efficient and safe, you'll be at the heart of making our service reliable and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth coordination between driver support, customer service, and central teams.
  • Help design and optimize workflows for driver onboarding, training, and fleet support.
  • Track KPIs (driver availability, service uptime, cost efficiency) and recommend improvements.
  • Manage procurement, supplies, and vendor relationships (fuel, maintenance, utilities, etc.).
  • Support cross-functional projects with Finance, HR, and Tech to scale operations.

Facilities

  • Manage facilities such as offices, driver hubs, and fleet parking/maintenance areas.
  • Ensure spaces are safe, compliant, and optimized for both employees and drivers.
  • Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and utilities management.
  • Plan office/hub expansions or relocations as the business grows.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, health, and safety standards.
  • Implement risk management, security, and workplace safety measures.
  • Support sustainability initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6+ years of experience in operations or facilities management, ideally in transport, logistics, or startups.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills—you thrive in building structure in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience handling multiple sites, hubs, or facilities.
  • Good knowledge of vendor management and fleet/transport-related operations is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy ; experience with HRIS or fleet management software is a bonus.
  • Strong communicator and team player who can work with both office teams and drivers.
