We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   The Assistant Facilities Manager shall be responsible for managing site-level relationships with key client representatives and stakeholders across Schneider account in Philippines under the direction of the Facilities Manager.This role involves managing maintenance, safety, compliance, and budgetary aspects to ensure that all facilities meet organizational standards and provide a safe, functional environment for employees and clients.Key responsibilities are: Key Responsibilities:Operational oversight: Assist in the daily management of all facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.Maintenance coordination: Coordinate with and oversee maintenance staff, contractors, and other service providers to ensure the timely and quality completion of work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.Budget management: Help develop and manage the facility's budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Vendor management: Manage and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.Health and safety compliance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the facility meets all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. This includes implementing safety protocols and managing emergency response plans.Inventory control: Manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and other materials necessary for facility operations.Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance.Project management: Assist in planning and executing facility improvement projects, such as renovations or system installations.Staff supervision: Supervise maintenance, custodial, and security personnel, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and efficient work environmentSkills and qualifications:Education and experience: A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management are preferred. With a minimum of 3-5 years experience in facilities management or property and real estate.Technical skills: Knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing is essential.
