About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven HMO Staff to join our team at Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the healthcare services provided to our patients. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative healthcare organization.

What you'll be doing

· Register all HMO OPD patients for consultation/diagnostic procedures.

· Report to HMO designated call center/hotline every member/client.

· Facilitate approval/ Letter of Authorization (LOA) for consultation of HMO member/client to accredited doctors.

· Facilitate approval/ Letter of Authorization (LOA) for diagnostic procedures of HMO members/clients.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HMO or healthcare administration role
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies, regulations, and claim processing procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals
  • Proficient in using relevant healthcare and HMO-related software and information systems
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A commitment to providing exceptional patient-centric care
