I. Duties and Responsibilities:
Check and print daily admission/discharge lists of patients.
Check/posts daily admission
Encode in-patient statement of account.
Prepare in-patient transmittal letters.
Edit/check out-patient statement of account
Update aging accounts.
File transmittal letters.
Post transmittal date to logbook.
Post HMO/Company payments.
Transmit OPD/Doctors Professional fees.
Attends to doctors' inquiries regarding their unpaid Professional Fees.
Request payment for out-patient Professional Fees (Company).
Assist HMO Liaison Officers.
Report daily admission to HMO.
Answer telephone inquiries regarding HMO/Industrial.
Verify admitted patients to specific HMO's with special procedures
Verify patients' member status.
Admit/assist patients' inquiries at the HMO office.
Perform other duties that may be signed from time to time by higher authorities.
