Job Description:

- Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Formulate and enforce comprehensive safety programs in line with Philippine regulations and international standards.

- Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards in the workplace and implement appropriate control measures.

- Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to all occupational health and safety regulations and standards.

- Training and Education: Provide safety training and orientation to all personnel, including new hires and subcontractors.

- Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions; prepare reports for management.

- Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate emergency procedures, including evacuations and first aid responses.

Job Qualifications:

  • A degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline

  • At least 3 years of experience in an EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) role within a manufacturing or similar industry

  • In-depth understanding of environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively assess and address risks

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage employees across all levels

  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively to meet EHS goals

-Experienced in coordinating with government bodies such as DOLE, DENR, BFP, and other regulatory agencies

  • Knowledgeable in preparing and submitting required government reports and compliance documents

  • Willing to travel from Head office to stores
