QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must be a vocational graduate or graduate of any 4 year course or its equivalent
  • Single or Married
  • With at least 2 year experience in the said position
  • Previous experience in warehouse or similar environment is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and can work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory control, receiving, storing, shipping of goods
  • Ability to manage warehouse duties and responsibilities
  • Knowledge in warehouse ERP is a plus
  • Additional: Know how to read technical drawings & know how to cut engineering plastics/ metals

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receiving of incoming and outgoing materials
  • Processing documents into warehouse documentation procedure
  • Maintaining inventory records, tracking stock levels, and reporting
  • Establish standard procedure and safety protocols.
  • Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment.
  • Accomplishes targets and meet demands.
  • Maintain stacking, organizing, and retrieving goods within the warehouse
  • Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Review and analyze process improvement.
  • Assist in the shipping of goods
  • Develop innovative solutions that improve operational performance
  • Adherence to quality standards and maximize efficiency
