About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate team in managing contracts and ensuring a smooth closing process. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage real estate transaction files from contract to closing
- Ensure all required documents are completed, signed, and submitted on time
- Track contract deadlines, contingencies, and compliance requirements
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to keep all parties updated
- Maintain organized records and transaction checklists
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed
- Resolve issues that may arise during the transaction process
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or administrative support (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate CRM systems (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, Brokermint, etc.)
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude
