Production Engineering and Quality control

  • Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
  • In Process Reject Analysis and improvement
  • Outgoing Quality Control ( Inspection Sheet )
  • Handling a Customer Concern or Claims
  • New material assessment ( supplier, material substitute, etc. )
  • Technical change Notice : Quality (to formally make process and documents whenever there is any change in 5M and 1E )
  • O.A. Documentation Handling of above.
  • Continuous Improvement in Quality
  • Conduct Quality Training to newly hired Technician or Production Staff
  • Conducts Audits of processes being implemented. ( Corrective and Preventive Action. Existing process if being complied, etc. )
  • Serve as QMR ( Quality Management Representative ) in preparation for ISO Certification ( Future )
  • Reports Monthly Quality Status of ( IQC, In Process Quality and OQC plus other activity associated with Quality ).
  • Safety Officer ( Future : to be equipped with Trainings )
  • Document Controller ( Main )

3D Printer engineering

  • 3D printer operation and maintenance, data processing associated with it.
  • Making and reporting work reports(like daily reports).
  • Manage 3D printer operation and maintenance, data processing associated with it.
  • Improve 3D printers to be faster and increase the efficiency of operation and production.
  • Design 3D model and print for 3D printer upgrades or spare parts.
  • Preparation for 3D printer to print prosthetic parts: Firmware level configuration, prepare stable preset print settings, material installation, and etc.

Details:

Production Engineering and Quality control

  • Keep monitoring and maintaining the list which is showing all related data for the production status.

  • Inform and revise it whenever we need to improve the total lead time to delivery

  • Manage and Establish the production KPI by using any tool, like spreadsheet and slide.
  • Support the inventory management to reduce the procurement cost and avoid any shortage of the required items.
  • Establish and Implement the improvement of the production process, like fabricate any tool, select and purchase new equipment, change the process etc. Also, Make and deploy the improved SOP to ensure the quality
  • Make and submit a report sheet when the nonconformance report is generated from the sales team and the related department.

3D Printer engineering

  • Establish the method of how to maintain and keep the printed parts quality of a 3D printer and any key facility to avoid any malfunction.
  • Implement and establish the improvement action plan on 3D printers.
  • Maintain and Update the list which is showing the data that comes from the 3D printer, like the lead time to print for each device and printers, error record, and so on.
  • Operate the regular maintenance for the 3D printer (including operate 3D printer)
