The Company

A mobile platform that lets anyone create, play, and share AI‑generated mini-games. Imagine a TikTok‑style feed where each tile is a game created from a simple prompt. Behind the scenes, advanced AI models are orchestrated to generate, run, and deliver these interactive experiences seamlessly.

The Role

We're hiring a senior hybrid PM/Designer who will be the sole product/design owner working directly with the founder/CEO and a senior full-stack engineer. You'll drive the roadmap, specs, UX/UI, analytics, and experimentation. A major mandate is to meaningfully improve the quality of AI-generated games—designing the product strategy, user workflows, evaluation methods, and guardrails that lift playability, fun, and retention.

You'll thrive here if you love wearing multiple hats, moving from user research → PRD → Figma prototypes → instrumentation → A/B testing → shipping and iterating.

What You'll Own
Product Management

• Roadmap & prioritization: Convert strategy into a clear, metrics-tied roadmap; run lightweight, async-friendly planning with the engineer.
• Specs & delivery: Write crisp PRDs/user stories with acceptance criteria, edge cases, event instrumentation, and roll-out plan (flags, cohorts).
• Analytics & insights: Own Mixpanel taxonomy, dashboards, and deep-dives; translate data into decisions; define success thresholds per release.
• Experimentation: Design A/B tests and quasi-experiments (guard for power, sample size, and experiment health).
• Research: Run quick user interviews, surveys, and in-app feedback loops; synthesize insights into product decisions.

AI Game-Quality Initiative

• Quality model & KPIs: Define what "quality" means for generated games (e.g., first-playable rate, bug-free launch rate, edit-and-resubmit rate, average session length, level completion %, share rate, D1/D7 retention).
• Evaluation harness: Partner with engineering to design offline/online evals (golden prompts, rubrics, automated checks for syntax/runtime, gameplay smoke tests, human-in-the-loop reviews).
• Generation workflows: Shape product flows that move beyond one-shot generation—e.g., iterative/diff editing, user-guided refinement, templating, reusable "prompt presets," and in-app review/repair tools.
• Cost/latency trade-offs: Collaborate on token budgets, latency targets, fallbacks/retries, and safe-mode experiences when models fail.
• Safety & policy: Co-own guardrails for unsafe content/behavior and App Store policy compliance for generative experiences.

Product Design (Figma-First)

• UX/UI craft: Produce production-ready flows, components, and states (happy/sad/edge). Designs should be developer-ready with tokens, constraints, and redlines.
• Design system: Establish a lightweight design system (foundations, components, motion, accessibility) that scales to Android when needed.
• Interactive prototypes: Use Figma/prototyping tools for usability testing; iterate quickly from feedback and data.
• Assets & store collateral: Drive the creation of app store screenshots, icons, and promo assets (working with the engineer or external help as needed).

Operations & Release Management

• App Store operations: Coordinate App Store Connect submissions, metadata, screenshots, and release notes; manage TestFlight betas.
• Quality & triage: Own bug triage and release quality gates; write test plans and assist with acceptance testing.
• Customer feedback: Help run support channels, reproduce issues, close the loop with players, and feed insights into the roadmap.
• General admin: Be comfortable jumping into whatever helps the product move—docs, vendor coordination, lightweight project ops.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years total product experience with significant time owning both PM and product design for consumer mobile apps.
• Figma expert: portfolio of production-ready mobile work (componentized, responsive, interaction details, accessibility).
• Proven analytics & experimentation chops: event design, Mixpanel dashboards, funnel analysis, and A/B test design/interpretation.
• Generative AI product experience: shipped features powered by LLMs, familiarity with prompting strategies, function/tool use, failure modes, and defining evaluation methods for model output quality.
• Strong product writing & communication in English; can explain complex AI/product trade-offs clearly to non-experts and write crisp PRDs/specs.
• High ownership and startup bias-for-action; comfortable working as the only PM/Designer with one senior engineer.

Nice to Have

• Experience on products that have recommendation systems for surfacing the most relevant content to users.
• Background in games or interactive creation tools; understanding of fun loops, difficulty ramp, and session design.
• Experience designing feed-based experiences (ranking, freshness, relevance) and sharing loops.
• Data skills (SQL or JQL for Mixpanel) for self-serve analysis.
• Knowledge of App Store guidelines, content safety/UGC policy, and mechanisms for guardrails in generative products.
• Familiarity with Android patterns and planning for cross-platform parity.

Work Schedule

• Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time.

Location

• Home-based ; Equipment is provided.
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
