Customer Service Representative

Your responsibilities
-Responsible for order processing activities beginning from order entry, to sales order checking and release up to sales order creation for all direct served accounts. This applies to both manually encoded and Electronic Data Interface (EDI) orders.
-The CSRs monitor progress of orders and ensures all these are processed and delivered on-time and complete.
-Ensures stakeholders and concerned teams are informed immediately of issues, through timely feedback and status reports, ensuring appropriate dispositions.
-Also responsible for providing weekly and monthly sales reports to Field operations based on account assignments.
-Receives, encodes, uploads and monitors all customer orders sent via FTP, fax, e-mail, manual turn over, and electronic orders like E2E, B2B, EDI and I-Connect.
-Ensures all orders received via FTP have corresponding Delivery Order numbers.
-Coordinates with RB finance counterparts for immediate AR releasing of orders.
-Checks stock availability and monitors allocations for all assigned accounts.
-Answers all inquiries pertaining to status of orders by coordinating with 3rd Party Logistics Providers (3PLs) and internal stakeholders. This includes delivery status, price deals, stock availability, etc.
-Receives and responds to problems, queries and requests of customer.
-Attends to all complaints received by securing details and informing stakeholders immediately for appropriate and immediate action.
-Collaborates closely with Trade Sales team and 3rd Party Logistics Providers' team to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures to maintain service level agreements and customer satisfaction.
-Generates and provides required reports by Trade Sales team and customers.
The experience we're looking for
-College Degree
-Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service
-Must have experience in Logistics and good warehousing practices
-Has knowledge on Logistics capability building.
-Must be proficient in English and Filipino languages,
-Must be computer literate with knowledge on various MS Office application software
