Account Executive – Sales and Services

We are looking for a driven and client-focused Account Executive – Sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and managing end-to-end client accounts in a fast-paced environment related to printing, fabrication, warehousing, studio rentals, and production services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new clients and generate qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals
- Prepare and construct cost estimates and quotations for transactions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
- Manage client accounts from onboarding through project completion, including project planning, coordination, and timeline management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, feedback management, and expectation alignment
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, monitoring milestones, scope, and deliverables
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value
- Maintain accurate CRM records and project documentation
- Prepare sales updates and project status reports
- Ensure revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term retention
Qualifications & Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in account management in sales and services related accounts
- Knowledge or exposure to printing, fabrication, warehousing, studio, and production services is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
