Key
Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch field technicians, drivers, or service teams based on job priorities, availability, routes, and location.
  • Monitor job progress and update schedules as needed to address delays or urgent requests.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, field staff, and management via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Record and maintain accurate job details, work orders, and customer information in the internal platform / system
  • Track and report daily operational metrics, including completed jobs and outstanding tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely status updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize routes, resource allocation, and service quality.
  • Escalate operational issues or conflicts to supervisors when necessary.
  • Perform master data cleansing and maintenance to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage large-scale projects simultaneously alongside recurring operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Dispatcher, Coordinator, or similar operational role (preferably remote).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling or CRM software (e.g., FieldRoutes, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Service Fusion, ServiceTrade or equivalent platform).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Teams, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working US business hours (CST/EST/PST).
  • Comfortable handling and processing large volumes of data.
  • Proven ability to perform data cleansing and maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Background in field service management, logistics, and/or customer service.
  • Familiarity with route optimization or dispatching software (e.g. FieldRoutes).
  • Experience coordinating technicians across multiple regions or service lines.
