About the role
The Golden Care International Employment Co' is seeking a talented and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility.
What you'll be doing
- Assess patients' conditions and monitor their progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with the coordination of patient discharges and transfers
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a general medical or surgical nursing role
- Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of nursing practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
