Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on key sales and marketing metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to present to decision makers
  • Drive sales growth across multiple channels
  • Ability to conduct one-on-one communication confidently with potential corporate clients and close deals.
  • Identify trends for ecommerce platforms, plan and lead sales & product campaign effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Collecting leads: Identify and gather leads via LinkedIn, exhibitions, and industry-specific sources.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients through targeted calls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, entrepreneurship, or business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the Australian market
  • Experience leading small teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in leading client sales meeting to close deals
  • Preferably experience in promotional merchandizing sector
