Job Summary:

The Training Specialist
(Property and Facility Management Systems) will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs related to property and facility management software and systems. The role requires expertise in training methodologies, system functionalities, and industry best practices to ensure effective knowledge transfer to employees, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of property and facility management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for property and facility management systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals.
  • Conduct training sessions through various formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
  • Assess training needs by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing system usage, and identifying skill gaps.
  • Create user-friendly training materials such as manuals, guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.
  • Stay updated on new features and enhancements in property and facility management systems and integrate them into training content.
  • Provide ongoing support and refresher training to ensure continuous system proficiency.
  • Collaborate with software vendors, IT teams, and operational departments to enhance training programs and resolve system-related challenges.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on property and facility management systems, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in training, system implementation, or a related role within the property or facility management sector.
  • Strong knowledge of property and facility management software such as Yardi, MRI, FM Systems, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex system functionalities into simple, effective training content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
