Position Summary:

The Human Resource Management Division Communications Person is in charge of creating and putting into practice efficient communication plans and methods to ensure that every employee in the company is aware of and involved in HR-related initiatives. Additionally, this position will help the HR department with its general communication requirements, which include newsletters, HR memos, company-wide email announcements, and more.

  1. Proficient in crafting and executing HR-related communications strategies like company-wide newsletters, holiday announcements, memos, and infographics to ensure that all employees are constantly engaged with the department's programs and initiatives.

  2. Demonstrates the ability and adaptability to utilize presentation and editing applications like Microsoft Tools, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.

  3. Expertise in the English language, ensuring that all HR-related communications are clear, correct, and concise.

  4. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication between HR team members.

  5. Shows flexibility, resourcefulness, and persistence in accomplishing the tasks at hand.
