As part of your onboarding process, please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth transition.

1. Install Viber

   - Kindly install the Viber app on your smartphone. This will be used for communication with your supervisor, manager, and colleagues, as well as for important announcements.

   - Once installed, please reply to this email with your Viber number so we can add you to the relevant groups.

2. Install the HIER ESS App

   - Please download and install the HIER ESS app on your smartphone. This app will be used for managing your employee self-service tasks, such as attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related functions.

3. Bank Account Information

   - Your bank account information is required for your first payout. Please provide your bank details in the application form linked above.

   - For your first payout, you will receive it in the personal bank account you provided in the application form.

   - After your first payout, we will assist you in registering with UnionBank. Once your UnionBank ePay Card is received and activated, you will receive your salary through this account.
