As the Clinical Operations Manager for Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc., you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare BPO business. This critical role will involve managing a team of clinical professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and customer service. Based in our Taguig City office, this full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare operations manager to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvement across our clinical services
  • Manage and oversee a team of clinical professionals, including nurses, medical coders and administrative staff
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement new initiatives
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure we are meeting or exceeding their expectations
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our policies, procedures and training programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices in healthcare operations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare operations management role, preferably within a BPO or call centre environment
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare processes, regulations and industry best practices
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality, efficient service
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or a related field
