Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Conceptualize and create visually stunning key visuals, graphics and design elements for various marketing materials, including In-store collaterals, social media graphics, OOH materials, and more.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required.
  • Branding: Ensure consistency in brand identity and adhere to brand guidelines in all design work, helping to reinforce our company's visual identity.
  • Advertising agency experience is preferred.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital content, and web development, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives.
  • Digital Design: Create engaging digital assets, such as website banners, email templates, and social media visuals, to enhance our online presence and user experience.
  • Print Design: Design print materials, such as flyers, banners, and promotional materials, with an eye for detail and the ability to prepare files for print production.
  • Image Editing: Edit and retouch images as needed for various projects, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing content.
  • Feedback Integration: Actively seek feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve the quality of visual assets.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to your work.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of graphic design experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
