We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of our digital marketing campaigns. This role will involve content planning, coordination with creatives, and hands-on contribution especially in writing compelling captions and content for social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, planning, and scheduling of digital marketing content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Write engaging and on-brand captions for social media posts, real estate listings, promotions, and announcements
  • Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community through comments, messages, and post interactions
  • Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the website, including property listings and blog content
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
  • Strong writing skills and ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand social media captions
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising and performance tracking tools is an advantage
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
