Job Title: BUSINESS ANALYST REPORTING (or Power BI Reporting Analyst)

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate reports by gathering data and presenting it in a manner that is intuitive and professional.
  • Use reporting tools to monitor key performance metrics regarding website and customer behavior, as well as backend/front end errors.
  • Conduct research on issues encountered by customers and gather findings to produce comprehensive and insightful results.
  • Effectively communicate research findings in a clear and concise manner that is easily understood by business units, IT, and executives alike
  • Provide full support during production releases, with the willingness to provide before/after-hours support when needed.
  • Properly document issues and findings regarding all aspects of the job
  • Train and mentor junior members of the team to ensure quality and efficiency of work performance is minimally affected.
  • Use work collaboration tools to effectively manage tasks and assign items accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

  • Working experience with Power BI Reporting and creating dashboards
  • Available to work during Eastern Standard Time in the US (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or night shifts in Philippine Local Time.
  • Amenable to work in our Cebu Office which is located at the Skyrise 3 Bldg., Cebu IT Park, Brgy. Apas, Cebu City
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI for building, maintaining, and optimizing interactive dashboards and reports
  • Skilled in reporting and data visualization, with a focus on delivering actionable business insights
  • Experienced in data mining and cleansing, ensuring data accuracy and integrity before analysis
  • Adept at extracting and farming data from Power BI to support performance tracking and decision-making
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into meaningful reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
