About the Role

XtendOps is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our client's Intake Operations team. This role plays a critical part in transforming data into insights that improve operational efficiency, optimize staffing, and enhance the overall client experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for analytics, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to support leadership and operations teams.
  • Perform in-depth analyses to identify trends, forecast volume, and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast case or client volume and optimize staffing levels.
  • Conduct productivity and efficiency analyses to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and build scalable solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting outputs.
  • Document methodologies, data definitions, and reporting standards for clarity and alignment.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to enhance data sources and reporting infrastructure.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Sigma Computing or similar BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Exceptional Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience presenting data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Workforce Management or Operations Analysis.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical modeling.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting tools.
  • Background in data analysis for high-volume operational environments.
  • Understanding of predictive modeling and productivity metrics.
