Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Barista Interns or OJT students to join our team. This internship is designed to provide practical, real-world experience in the specialty coffee industry. Under the guidance of experienced baristas and supervisors, you will gain skills in beverage preparation, customer interaction, and café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and serving espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages
  • Support baristas in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workstations
  • Help in restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Observe proper hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Practice proper handling and care of coffee equipment
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Learn and follow standard operating procedures for daily store operations
  • Participate in team briefings, training, and evaluation

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Culinary, Tourism, or related course (with an OJT/internship requirement)
  • Passionate about coffee and eager to learn
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, punctual, and a team player
  • No prior barista experience needed – training will be provided
