What you'll do

Sales & Operations

  • Drive sales and profitability in line with budgetary goals.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage cash flow, POS transactions, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Monitor expenses, find cost-efficient solutions, and maintain accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee inventory management: verify deliveries, track supplies, and order as needed.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency; suggest menu innovations based on feedback.
  • Ensure food safety compliance and consistent product quality following Sunnies Café recipes and standards.
  • Generate operational reports and present updates to upper management.
  • Step in to support brand-related initiatives as needed.

People Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Build product knowledge across the team — from coffee blends to signature recipes.
  • Create weekly staff schedules and manage absences effectively.
  • Coach and mentor staff, providing feedback and training for growth.

What we're looking for

  • College level (preferred).
  • At least 3 years' experience in the food & beverage industry.
  • Computer literate; comfortable with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Problem-solver with solid decision-making abilities.
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and special events as needed.
