Role Summary
Were looking for a Social Media Manager whos young, creative, and obsessively online - someone who can create content, ride trends, analyze performance, and grow our community across platforms. This role blends content creation, content strategy, social analytics, and real-time sports culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Trendspotting
  • Ideate, script, and produce platform-native content (short-form, photo, graphic, snippets, memes).
  • Identify and jump on trends within 2448 hours.
  • Maintain Altas tone: energetic, credible, creator-driven.
  • Manage a posting calendar covering daily content across core platforms.

Social Media Management

  • Own day-to-day content deployment for FB, IG, TikTok, YT, X, and future platforms.
  • Ensure each platform has tailored formats and messaging.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and creative style.

Data Analytics & Optimization

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly insights and adjust content direction.
  • Use analytics tools to recommend new content categories and audience segments.
  • Monitor growth trends of competitor pages and industry benchmarks.

Audience Engagement & Community Building

  • Reply to comments, DMs, and mentions using Altas brand personality.
  • Build creator-style rapport with followers.
  • Manage UGC initiatives and identify micro-influencers.

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

  • Work with the Marketing and Brand teams for monthly campaign rollouts.
  • Coordinate with KOLs and creators for features and collabs.
  • Support community campaigns (campus, sports clubs, leagues).

Required Qualifications
Skills & Experience

  • 13 years in Social Media Management or Content Creation.
  • Demonstrable skill in TikTok/IG Reels editing (CapCut, mobile-first editing).
  • Knows how to read and report insights (reach, retention, CTR, CPM, engagement rate).
  • Strong understanding of sports culture, athletes, leagues, and fan communities.
  • Ability to appear on camera (optional but strongly preferred).

  • Bold, playful, fast-thinking.
  • Loves sports and understands the Gen Z digital language.
