Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Administrator to join our team. This role is central to managing the full life cycle of insurance claims, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication between insurers, property owners, subcontractors, and tradespeople. The Claims Administrator will also handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and data entry through LOOP Software, while providing excellent customer support and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for insurers, property owners, subcontractors, and trades, maintaining consistent and professional communication via phone, email, and online portals.
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions, ensuring property owners feel supported throughout the claims process.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on the status of works to all relevant parties.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding claim details from insurers, loss adjustors, assessors, or internal teams.
  • Escalate complex or exceptional issues to the team lead or line manager when necessary.
  • Monitor call volumes and ensure readiness to respond to high-demand periods.
  • Apply effective problem-solving and lateral-thinking strategies to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple claims simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process invoicing for completed works and update contractor/supplier invoices in LOOP Software.
  • Follow up with subcontractors and trades to ensure timely completion of restoration works.
  • Prepare and submit KPI reports for insurers.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and promote the company's values to all external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver a motivated and customer-focused service environment.
  • Complete additional duties as directed by the line manager.
Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of BPO experience, with strong exposure to customer service or administrative support.
  • Experience in the building insurance, restoration, or construction industry is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone manner.
  • High level of empathy and customer service orientation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and adaptively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry, reporting, and invoicing processes.
  • Experience with LOOP or similar project management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while managing independent tasks.
  • Strong commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and quality service delivery.
