DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Client Support: Provide comprehensive support to clients and customers following their purchase of items.
  2. Mechanic Coordination: Collaborate directly with aftersales mechanics to address and fulfill customer or potential client requests.
  3. After-Sales Coordination: Oversee after-sales functions, including deliveries, collections, and warranty claims, to maximize customer satisfaction.
  4. Warranty Management: Supervise, evaluate, and manage warranty claims to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  5. Complaint Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints related to product quality.
  6. Financial Collaboration: Work closely with after-sales accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and appropriate accounting of all payments.
  7. Transaction Management: Ensure that all invoicing, payments, delivery, and warranty transactions are handled in accordance with company policy, are up-to-date, accurately recorded, and reviewed regularly for potential issues.
  8. Customer Interaction: Manage all after-sales queries (including those via Facebook, email, and phone) to deliver a positive customer experience, enhance the company brand, and drive additional sales.
  9. Sales Lead Generation: Generate sales leads and coordinate with the after-sales team to ensure effective follow-up.
  10. Performs other duties as required by the superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, or its equivalent,

EXPERIENCE

Relevant experience in customer service.

SKILLS/CORE COMPETENCIES

Strong analytical and problem-solving with the ability to find solutions.

Strong ability to work and communicate with others, customer service and management
