We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Modelling Graphic Designer with a background in architecture. The successful candidate will be proficient in Revit, CAD, and other 3D modelling platforms to create high-quality, compelling visual representations of our project proposals.

This role reports to the Bid Team Manager and at times will work across other projects for the business alongside the Global Marketing Director and lead Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

o Produce professional 3D models and renderings for bid proposals.

o Translate technical specifications into accurate and compelling visual assets.

o Support the team with all graphic design needs at times supporting, other areas of the business.

Language requirements:

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical skills:

o Proficiency in designing in Revit, CAD and other 3D modelling platforms

o Proficiency in re-modelling in Revit, CAD and other 3D modelling platforms

o Proficient understanding of architectural structures

Remuneration:

Subject to experience and in line with local market level.

This role is Manila-based, full-time, hybrid in-office, working closely with our global teams. Proficiency in English is a must.
