Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Design and edit graphics, illustrations, and campaign materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

· Perform quick video edits (cut-to-cut, basic enhancements) using Adobe Premiere Pro to support campaign rollouts.

· Collaborate with writers, designers, and other members of the global creative team to execute high-quality visuals for marketing and recruitment campaigns.

· Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with Afni's global brand guidelines while pushing for originality and creativity.

· Support regional teams by adapting global creatives into localized versions as needed.

· Maintain and organize creative assets for global use.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.

· Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
; working knowledge of
Adobe Premiere Pro
for video editing.

· Strong creative vision with an eye for layout, color, and typography.

· Ability to balance creative innovation with adherence to brand guidelines.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight timelines.

· A portfolio showcasing design and multimedia work is required.
