Key responsibilities

· Staff Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates, including assigning tasks, creating work schedules, and developing individual learning plans.

· Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive store environment.

· Sales and Performance: Drive sales, meet targets, and monitor performance data, often collaborating with management on strategies for improvement.

· Inventory and Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow. This includes managing inventory levels, ensuring proper stocking, and handling opening and closing procedures.

· Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to company standards.

· Reporting and Administration: Assist with reporting on sales, inventory, and staff productivity. This may also include handling administrative tasks like cash handling and processing transactions accurately.

Qualifications

· Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.

· At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail operations, with a proven track record of success in supervising store operations

· Strong leadership abilities

· Excellent communication skills, both in oral or in writing

· Analytical thinking skills

· Problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and can work in a fast-paced retail environment

· Hardworking, dedicated, and a team player

· Willingness to travel regularly to visit store locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
