Job Description

Ensures suppliers' invoices and employee's request for payment are processed accurately and timely.

Receives invoices or billings submitted by suppliers, receiving receipt from warehouse, and other related payable documents.

Prepares cash voucher for cash payroll requirements and all other dues to be paid in cash.

Validates reimbursement claim and ensures declared expenses are supported by documents and in line with company's policy.

Qualifications include:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent
  • Detailed-oriented, committed on meeting deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical and can work under time pressure at minimal supervision
