Account Processor Verifier

The Account Processor Verifier is responsible for validating that a membership enrollment adheres to the corporate health agreement. This role involves reviewing corporate health plan enrollment documents, including contracts and member information, to ensure they are complete and accurate. You will also be responsible for ensuring members' eligibility based on the corporate agreement, updating member benefits and information in the system, and escalating issues to a team leader when needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree, preferrably BS Computer Science and other Computer related courses
Relevant Work Experience:
- Preferably with atleast(2) years of comparable work experience
Work Style:
- Diligent, organized, and highly detail oriented.
- Flexible, proactive, and demonstrates sound judgment.
- Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.
- Committed, honest, and respectful
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to the team and is able to maintain a high level of concentration on tasks
